Very tasty typical Franconian snacks, the draft beer is always fresh, whether light or country beer, tastes one of the best ever. Also my favorite as a bottled beer. I can only say that Georg has mastered his craft.

Very hospitable, delicious snack and bratwurst. Everything homemade ... from the beer, the sausage and the bread. Go there and enjoy it.

Finally it starts again. I will now go downstairs and have a beer, which is one of the best I have drunk so far. Anyone who drives past or walks past the inn is to blame.

At the Bockbier hike in the Fränk. Switzerland with us the 1st attempt. The Schorsch is always friendly and in November his bock beer ? just super?

The Schorsch is already brewing a few fine beers, which we enjoy as northerners for several years. The snacks are highly recommended.

Great little pub on the hike from Waischenfeld to Breitenlesau. One great brewery after another. Service was a little slow but the women doing it must have been in her 80s and, as it turned out, was not only bringing the food and beer out, but was preparing the food, too! Not too shabby. Great Dunkles and a killer Bock. When back the next day with a car to pick up a case of the stuff and the son (brewer) was great about running back to the brewery to get me some beer mats (great ones with a lamb). Very friendly little place.

Not the most beautiful brewery in Bavaria, but it offers a perfect service and great beer.
